Gameplay

Modern Combat Versus is an online 4v4 multiplayer FPS game. You will be matched against a team of four players of the same division. After the matchmaking, both teams will get some time to choose their agents. Then the match will begin. Both teams will spawn on two different locations on the map. You will get an objective. You have to achieve it to win the match. There are many game modes and each mode has a different objective. Takedown the opponents with your guns, skills & abilities. On taking damage, you will lose your HP. Take cover & avoid any kind of damage and your HP will regenerate again. If you are killed, you will respawn at the starting position.

Controls

The controls are easy to get but you need the practice to master them. When you play the game for the first time, you will get a tutorial. Drag your thumb on the left side to move your character and drag on the right side of the screen to change the camera. Shooting is on auto-mode by default. When your aim at the opponent, your agent will automatically shoot at him. You can also switch it to manual shooting by using the button given at the top left corner or in the settings. On the bottom left corner, it has a button to reload the gun. In the bottom middle of the screen, it shows your HP and the skill button above it. Your agent will jump automatically over the obstacles and move towards the wall to run on it.

Game Modes

There are mainly three game modes: Bounty, Zone Control & Capture the Points. These game modes are as follows:

Bounty

In this mode, when someone kills an opponent, a token will drop on their location. They have to collect these tokens. On collecting the tokens, their team will get points. The team with the most points when time runs out will be the winner. Or earn 100 points to win the match before time runs out.

Zone Control

In this mode, there will a zone on the map. For the first 25 seconds of the match, it will be closed. After that, players can enter it and take control over it. When a team takes control over it, they will get points over time. Don’t let the opponents enter this zone and get 100 points to win the match. Or the team with the most points when time runs out will win the match.
